Die Judo-Kurse werden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Budokan Judo School geführt und folgen offiziellen Standards, die vom Schweizerischen Judo & Ju-Jitsu Verband (SJV) anerkannt sind. 1 2 Die Kinder können ihre Gürtel offiziell registrieren lassen, das anerkannte Gradierungssystem durchlaufen und an Turnieren der Budokan Judo School teilnehmen. 3

Das Yoga- und Achtsamkeitsprogramm für Kinder arbeitet an Kraft, Beweglichkeit, Gleichgewicht und Haltung und lehrt die Kinder, präsent und ruhig zu bleiben. 6
